Michelle Adler,  MA, LPC

Michelle Adler is a leadership coach and speaker who works with high-performing women navigating burnout, identity fatigue, and the invisible pressures of success. With a background in mental health and trauma-informed practice, Michelle brings a rare depth of psychological insight to leadership development.

Her work is particularly sought after by neurodivergent women and senior-level professionals who are tired of performing competence while quietly unraveling. Michelle helps clients move beyond coping strategies and into sustainable, embodied leadership — where clarity, confidence, and self-trust replace perfectionism and over-functioning.

Known for her warmth, directness, and ability to name what others sense but can’t articulate, Michelle creates spaces where women can stop masking, reconnect with themselves, and lead with integrity and impact.
